Day 10 ~

Taking a break from playing to enjoy the sunshine,

rumor has Spring is on her way.

Day 9 ~

all this exploring, discoverying, and playing can make for one sleepy little puppy

Day 8 ~

It is difficult to believe "Yellow Girl" has been with us for a week already.

She is such a good little girl and we are enjoying every minute with her.

Day 7 ~

After an evening of very heavy rain and thunder storms, we didn't think we would be able to go on our daily exploration of the fields, where there is always something new and exciting to be found; the scent of deer, the remains of a hawk's rabbit dinner, and lots of fox scat. The storm did pass by late this afternoon. We bundled up and headed out to see what was awaiting us today.

Day 6 ~

Day 6 ~ with "Yellow Girl" brought more learning and exploring. She comes, running and bouncing, when called, she sits with a bit of wiggling, she sleeps through the night, and she has had very few "accidents" in the house. She is making friends with Murf and Willy, blue gorilla and pink tiger. She has learned one can never have too many friends.

Day 5 ~

No one told "Yellow Girl" she would be having this much fun learning about the world around her. Papa has been taking her for exploration each afternoon. Today she was out testing the waters.
