Rare Moment:

It is a rare that LW allows Murphy to sleep on HIS bed. Murf, the usual “victim”, of LW’s frequent bullying and boundless energy has learned to relinquish his bed at her asking. Today, either from a new found bravery or from pure exhaustion, Murf refused to move. I did notice he’s sleeping with one eye open!

That's how Ari sleeps when one of the cats join her: the old, I'm-not-sure-I-trust-you sideways glance!

I am Louie's hearing eye dog. Louie was adopted as a puppy but was returned when the new owners found out he was deaf. Mom and Dad got an email from their deaf friend and she had included a link to the Justin Animal shelter with a picture of Louie. They just couldn't resist they brought that red fur ball home so now I have the mission of watching after him. I think I do a fine job. Mom is always saying "Gus, where is Louie" and that is my queue to find the little pill or nudge him to wake him up..
