I've been a volunteer puppy raiser with The Seeing Eye for several years and raised "LW". She is a female black Labrador Retriever; delivered August 6, 2007 at the age of 8 weeks. Though she's "out of the service" we'll continue to follow her progress in picture and story to give you an idea of what is involved in raising a Seeing Eye puppy. Willow aka LW ~
A recent photo of "LW" all grown up. She may have an adult dog body but she is still a puppy at heart.

I knew that was Willow! I know the person who finished raising her when she became an FOP pup. I had been following your blog, and when she showed up at our club meeting, I was nearly certain Willow was "LW". This confirms it :)
